International company, Procomp Motorsport held an "Open House" and "Car Show" to celebrate the opening of their new 70,000 sq ft warehouse facility.  Proceeds were donated to The Brightest Star, Inc.  

We sincerely thank Procomp Motorsport and their staff for bestowing
a generous donation to our organization. We are very, very grateful, and the donation gifted to us will continue to help us in our work of serving the needs of children thriving in foster care.

George's Burgers and Cuca's Mexican Restaurant held fundraisers during the month of May for Foster Youth Awareness Month. This was George's Burgers third year in donating to our organization and Cuca's first year. Four years ago, Peter Lowe, Co-Founder of the world's largest "Get Motivated Business Seminars, met reporter, Lea Cash and motivated her to plant seeds of faith towards starting The Brightest Star, Inc.

(Left) Recently at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA she met up with the entrepreneurial genius, and told him that she listened to him and two years ago, planting those seeds of faith, she launched The Brightest Star, Inc.

(Left) Four young "Brightest Star" girls from Hugs Foster Family Agency/Terra Manor were invited to attend the 41st NAACP Image Awards. 

The girls met and spoke with Ms. Sherri Shepherd, Actress, and "The View" co-host who promised to come visit them soon.

She wanted to send more time with the girls who chattered with her and took photos. The girls also met
LL Cool J too!

(Right) The world famous Harlem Globe Trotters as special guests invited a group of ten "Brightest Star" youth from various group homes to attend one of their games held at the Citizens Business Bank Arena.

The kids were also given a personal meet and greet with the players. The youth had a really great time.

Beautiful piece of artwork given to Ms. Cash as a gift, by a talented young
Hispanic artist, age 17 years old, who has the dream of becoming a tatto artist. The artist's name is not mentioned for privacy reasons.

So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.
